The mechanics are very competent. I have never had to return after a service appointment to have something corrected that should have been done the first time. The service reps especially Mirna are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As part of Ford’s Operation Goodwill Phoenix campaign, Ford and Rodeo Ford has teamed up with St. Mary’s Food Bank and the Children’s Museum of Phoenix to host a food drive.
Boxes for collection are set-up in the front reception area and the Service Department.
Please bring your donations and place them in the boxes. For each person who brings 3 non-perishable food items, you will receive a free pass to the Children’s Museum of Phoenix. Tickets are limited so please get your donations in early to qualify for the free admission ticket redeemable in December for Ford Technology & Innovation Month at the Museum.
Collection will begin today and be available for donations through October 31st. Please be generous and together we can help end childhood hunger in our communities.
From October 7th to October 15th Rodeo Ford is donating $100 for every vehicle sold to Breast Cancer research. We are also donating a portion of our service revenue generated on October 15th. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life, which is no small statement. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase, from the outstanding customer service from my sales rep, to my financing and paperwork completion, through the ordering and installation of additional parts and accessories after the sale. I purchased my vehicle through the USAA car buying service, so the pricing I received on the vehicle was on par from the 3 dealerships I received quotes from (although Rodeo was the best overall price). But, with the pricing being so close, the reason Rodeo received my business was my salesperson, Mr Herrera. He was light years ahead of the sales reps at the other dealerships, and my purchase was actually made at the dealership that was the furthest distance from my house due to Mr Herrera alone.
Excellent customer service, no pressure, availability and promptness in returning calls, and overall personality and professionalism are just a few of the attributes of Mr Herrera that earned Rodeo my business. In the next year or so, when the time comes for a replacement vehicle for my wife, Rodeo Ford will get my business, no questions asked.
